3. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
- Healthcare facilities: When you authorize us to submit you for a position, we share relevant credentials, licensure, and contact information with that facility.
- Service providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate our business — including credentialing services, background-check providers, payroll processors, tax-form processors, HR information systems, customer relationship management software, email service providers, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they perform for us.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from ProTherapy Staffing related to job opportunities, application status, scheduling, and other recruiting communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of phone calls by notifying your ProTherapy Staffing recruiter or by emailing info@protherapystaffing.com.
Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us at info@protherapystaffing.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
